Dude if you are trying to avoid bimax by only getting a genio, ur going to look super downgrown, u have a short ramus and high gonial angle.

I would recommend bimax, but if you really don’t want to, then get custom drop down jaw angle implants with the genioplasty, so your jaw isn’t so downgrown. I morphed your morphed pic implants and a bigger genio.

This is just straight-up bad advice. My gonial angle is not even too high; it is perfectly ideal at 118 degrees. When we look at your morph that supposedly underwent bimax, I measure 102 degrees, which is several degrees off the ideal. You also made my mandibular plane angle look terrible, giving me a flat jawline appearance. The only thing I could agree on is that my ramus is short, but that alone is not a make or break feature.

A little less would be good, this morph (I know you were just eyeballing it and not being exact, but just to give him an idea) has a bit too high facial convexity angle (175) and you want it more around 168-170 esp on someone with a sloped forehead

Looks bad as in that the mandibular plane doesn't suit the alveolar plane, plus that doing gonion implant that goes downward would give him masseter dehiscence.

I don't know about his pics posted by him though since it isn't loading for me, so i suppose the first one on the left is his current looks.

Genioplasty is worthless for him, same for bimax, bimax would dog max him since his frontal bone relatively to the maxilla does not allow further movements, secondly not alot of ROI from it since it's for normalization and he falls into the normal range.

The before pic that I morphed to the after pic is not even his real pic. He morphed a genio onto it, I just advanced it further.

This is not bad advice, the after pic is considerably better. I literally told u that bimax is the better option, but u are so adamant on getting a genioplasty, I gave u an alternative to bimax with ccw.

Also you seem to have measured your gonial angle wrong, your jaw is too steep to only be 118 degrees. Regardless u need CCW.
