Genioplasty

My chin protrusion is 9.18 mm, 2.18 mm more than average (7.00 mm), but my side profile is still convex due to the lack of chin projection.

According to my cephalometric analysis (McNamara) I came to the conclusion that I need an advancement of 3.92 mm for a facial convexity angle of 165 degrees.

I just turned 18 on 4/23/24, my mom and dad have more projected chins than me, so should I wait a few years or make a doctor's appointment ASAP to see what can be done?
