After about 4 days my speech was normal but swelling is gonna be what you should worry about.

idk about implants but probably yes since you can shape your chin with 3d software instead applying a medieval cutting procedure. My chin looked more harmonious and symmetric, wider from the front for sure . People didn't say anything but i wouldn't expect it from normies , also i look so botched in harsh lighting you can see the step off so obviously
