Genioplasty

Hi all. I consulted about genioplasty with maxilofacial surgeons and they said to me that I need orthognathic surgery but also with just genioplasty I can see big improvement cuz I told them I’m not willing to do orthognathic at my age. What do you think can I get away with just genioplasty?
