You don't need genioplasty at all. In fact, it would be ridiculous and make you look clownish because your chin is already massive. You need bimax to fix your recession and then a bulbous tip rhinoplasty. Do NOT get genioplasty!!!

I know genio is tempting for how much more accessible it is but I'd follow the rest of the advice given here. Your chin alone is pretty good but the problem is that it's held back by an overbite (which seems to be a bit big considering how much your lips aren't lining up)

Lower jaw advancement is what you need. Your chin is fine.

Yeah, but what makes you think his maxilla needs to be moved? If he has overjet then he might only need BSSO. He has acute nasolabial angle.
