genioplsaty from a literal no name

there's a suregon near where i live which has zero available reviews about genioplasty he has about teeth implants and such which aren't really great they say it failed and stuff. i really want to get this done but i'm low on money and that's what i can afford i wanna get it over with quick. shouldn't be big of a fail since it's not that hard of a surgery but i'm scared of nerve damage and all bro that's my deadass only option very low chances of me being able to travel pay for hotel and all of that. i've got a nosejob before which went pretty succsesful but with a better suregon does it every once in a while. i'm literally sub5 and it needs to change fast i'm just scared of a actual botch ruining my life forever.

And you will also ask him for before/after photos of previous genio patients. Its pretty weird that the surgeon doesn't advertise that they do genio? You do realize that not all oral maxillofacial surgeons do jaw surgeries right?
