Geniunely what the fuck do I do for my teeth (slightly graphic)

I have a severe overbite whenever I'm not jutting my jaw to be at the correct position and it's kind hard to chew and shit my palate is not narrow though just that my teeth are going inwards towards the centre of my palate instead of being straight idk currently I'm just planning on getting braces but I need some better advice

Surgery is definitely a pretty valid option, but then I would need the dentist to larp the hell out of the surgery to convince my mom for me to get it cuz I'm 15, Also it isn't like the corrected positioning of my jaw is putting strain on my massaters and exc, it's just that my front teeth are going inwards which pushed my whole jaw backwards so I'm thinking if I get Damon braces I could get my front teeth into the right position and everything would fix on its own but ofc extra projection from the surgery is pretty tempting but yeah il talk with the dentist cuz this is would be my first time going there in 4 years
