Every month or so I’ll wake up and my front teeth just fucking hurt like a bitch for like an hour

I think it’s from clenching / grinding because sometimes I’ll have dreams where I realize I’m actually doing it in real life

But actually it makes me happy because I can Larp about it to the doctor and pray for a free copemax
