your brain doesnt really know the difference between all the negative emotions you can experience. what really matters and is objective is whether what happened is positive or negative. this meants its completely up to you how to react to negative events in your life. ive learnt that whenever something bad happens you need to find a way to convert sadness to hate. hate can be a good motivator and sadness has 0 benefits. when things go wrong, instead of crying about it you should just go man ts pmo and use the anger to fix things or prevent similar situations in the future. the only times where sadness or depression is valid is when someone dies for example, theres noone to be mad at in those situations. otherwise its completely up to you how you will react to things.
