Although it might seem like a small difference between the two pics to most, I think it’s alright to chill and see how far Youve come.

The first pic is me from about a year ago going through probably the most hardest time of my life. But in the summer 2025 I took it upon myself to get out there with my friends and improve on my metal health and how I look.

A year ish later and it honestly makes me happy seeing the progress of what I’ve overcome not just looks wise but mentally too.

Just know if you’re going through something it’s gonna get better and I tell you that because I experienced it all myself, it’s never over and you should always make an effort.
