I’ve determined that my biggest failo is my infraorbital bone lacking projection completely like pic rel (not me). I also could get a significant amount of ascension from a bimax, but not as much imo. The cost of a bimax is out of my range for the time being, but I may be able to a couple years down the road. If I were to get infraorbital implants now, would that complicate a future bimax in a meaningful way? Ultimately what I’m asking is should I get this surgery now and ascend partially for the next few years and then finish the job, or should I wait until I can afford the bimax to do that first?

would only do that if there are actually reputable surgeons that do bimax+custom implants.
