Genuine question, could surgery let me reach htn or is my base too comically fucked? I’d say I’m somewhere in ltn range rn

I have some weird mandible recession going on and ramus underdevelopment as well which ruined my lower third completely, I just wanna know if all the effort in slaving away for ascension is even remotely worth it in my case. Also my IPD is completely fucked but OBO is a meme

I made a shitty morph which includes:

- increasing eye seperation
- adding gonion flare
- increasing lateral zygo projection
- reducing nostril flare

im pretty sure the gonion flare and zygo projection can be acheived with filler, the nostril flare reduction can probs be acheived with some sorta rhino, and the eye separation afaik can only be acheived with OBO.

but i was basically just messing around and ive got no clue if i helped any of your facial ratio's enter the ideal range, so dont take this morph too seriously but yea

So this photo was actually taken pre rhino, what rhino changed was making my nose straight instead of hooked and reducing my nostril flare somewhat. Also do you think I could reach mtn through better softmaxing or no

Trying to reach a certain rating through surgery is completely retarded.

Surgery should only be used to fix obvious falios, if you are chasing a rating and don’t achieve that after fixing them you will just botch yourself chasing perfection.

if you look like the pic i chose to morphed then imo you're already mtn, the longer hair doesnt rlly suit you tbh so if you've gotten rid of that then i'd say you look pretty average, and im not really sure what more softmaxxing you could do apart from that anyway
