They can take a CT scan of your facial skeleton to know for certain. You can ask to take the data home to share it with PSLers. But do get a diagnosis so you can learn how to proceed with surgery or acceptance.

I'm not sure if this is covered under health insurance. In America you might need a dental plan to pay for the CT scan. In the UK, imaging centers need authorization from a licensed medical practitioner even if you have the funds to pay for the scan.

Also getting jacked is the next thing im really gonna focus on, and im never getting OBO lol, my ipd sucks but im not willing to do something that risky.

with all honestly probably lmtn or mtn, but keep in mind there's other things to consider improving besides just facial attractiveness too(physique and hair like u mentioned, but also fashion, archetypemaxxing, personalitymaxxing, etc). you're not bad looking by any means, so you should focus on fixing what you can and get a consultation about plastic surgery for the shit you can't fix normally
