Looks, money, and status. So to be a Chad you'd have to do well in all 3. That being said I highly doubt anyone can ever get depressed being rich and good looking. Life would just be too nice for them.

Now if all a guy had was looks, he would likely be depressed. Because being broke handicaps you in a way I don't think anyone can truly be happy. But only have L in the LMS would disqualify you from being a Chad, even if you were one, genetically.
