6 eggs with cheese scrambled olive oil,one potatoe with olive oil,2 pieces of white bread with organic peanut butter glass of milk n water and multivitimin and probiotic digestion support supplement,and also vitamin d3 with calcium
 
You are going to bloat a bit but its solid. Peanut butter really bad for clean bulking but calories dense.

honestly u have to descend a bit if u wana ascend rn im like 140 tryna hit 160

Keep the bulk going, dont bulk up too much. Exercise and train your best. almost train to or if not failure

its hard ash to train to faliure because i workout at home but once i turn 15 where i live i can go gym currently 14 but maybe i can pass for 15 ill see but i got a dumbell 25 pounds,12 pound dumbell,40 pound kettlebell,pullup bar

Phytates & lectins are quite prevalent in peanut butter. Not to mention the oil is often rancid/oxidized along with mycotoxins. I personally still eat it from time to time but it's just something to be aware of.

Ideally get rid of the olive oil as most olive oil is poor quality. Not to mention it becomes oxidized when cooking (It essentially becomes a seed oil). Better to use ghee, butter, and/or tallow.

ok thank you bro i only used the oil to not burn the eggs should i js accept the slighly burned eggs n js eat ts? and no more peanut butter also forgot to mention soon ima have a protein premier shake for 30 grams of protein

Casein & whey is the lowest quality food/protein. It's essentially a waste product. Eggs & Steak are king when it comes to growth, recovery, & nutrition.

Vitamin D3 supplements do not work the way you think they do. I imagine calcium supplements could cause or contribute to calcific atherosclerosis. (I'm just a retard though I'm not 100% sure)

No, it will not. Ideally get sunlight & eat animal foods. (This will give you the best chance for developing physically & hormonally)

It's terrible for ghrelin & leptin. I understand you are trying to bulk but It's not going to help you develop well. The best diet I would recommend for a normie is an old school bodybuilder diet or an animal based diet (like Paul Saladino). Santa Cruz Medicinals gives decent advice (I don't agree with everything he says but it's far better than the mainstream agenda)

alr thank you for the advice is there any diets that are better because i was thinking of a raw meat diet but idk where to get the meat from because i know its has to be a certain quality and raw liver n stuff or is the normie diet better /old school bodybuilder

I personally eat some raw steak occasionally & 8-12 raw eggs a day. The raw animal products should come from grass fed, fresh, pasture raised animals raised without antibiotics. It can be risky, most people do not have access to good quality meat. It's much better to just eat cooked.
