How would pinning change your face?

I understand the reducing bloat and fat on your face maybe adding bone mass

But I see pinning only for bodymaxxing

But I don’t see people getting nice change for face except for fat and bloat reduce I repeat

I think it only changes your face if you take them during puberty I think it makes you develop more and make you gain bone mass and make your face more masculine. I don't really know tho. @buccalfatremoval probably knows more about this.

Yeah past the puberty I don’t see reasons except for body to pin
