Yeah ig, my nose to mouth width ratio is not ideal at all. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or fraud it somehow to make it look better?

Its not nessecarily the ratio in regard to one or the other its just the size itself overall it needs to be bigger
You wouldn't get much of a benefit from reducing your the width of your alar base as much as just laterally increasing your lips
