I’ve been trying to look good while being natty and it’s just so hard, I have a pretty bad metobolism so if I go on vacation or anything I just gain so much weight and it’s so hard to lose it while also getting my protein in. I just want a way to get easy gains and look big for summer.

Also ik I can’t jsut blame my metabolism but every time I go on holiday I gain weight. Currently I’m in Australia for 2 whole weeks and I’ve eaten out every night, pretty much just been eating like shit and it’s like I can see my progress fading away
 
Anyways I got a bit carried away, my question was what should I look into for my first cycle

200-300mg at first see how you tolerate it
Take dutasteride for hairloss and any other relevant ancillaries depending on how your bloods start looking. Get bloodwork before, during and after your cycle
Consult bodybuilding/steroid forums for better info and guidance than here, people just larp and give dangerous and poorly informed advice about pharmaceuticals here

Hgh alone won’t do shit for hypertrophy
If you want to stop being natty test is the reasonable option, start with a low dose and see how the sides are

Honestly is hgh that bad? I’m not looking for anything crazy I’m just looking to gain a little bit more muscle and I wouldn’t mind some wider clavicles tbh. I’m nearly 6’0 with I’d say slightly above average clavicles. Would you recommend it or no?

I’m just saying that whenever I go on vacation I feel like I gain a lot of weight even thought in reality I don’t. Also I do put effort into my diet a lifting the whole post was about how my vacation has been getting in the way of it. I normally follow a strict diet and balance my protein very well but I’ve eaten out every day this week so that’s just hard to do. Sorry for the confusion. Also idk why I put wanting to hop on in the same post as me complaining about my calories this week I was just venting and somehow got there

HGH isn’t ‘bad’ but its not an anabolic steroid. It won’t give you much hypertrophy without taking it alongside anabolics. Mainly just water mass, some connective tissue/bone growth etc. Its expensive and not intended for that purpose. When taken with AAS it synergises very well

So just try again and get consitent again. Gain some muscle and keep on grinding and when you're at your peak just start roiding -start hgh / peptides.

it's not test or tren you don't gain muscle or lose fat fast at all. It has less of these effects, most of the effects i'm noticing is slight sleep improvment, maybe slight fat improvment but that's everything.

Yeah I understand gh has sides too, they’re just not as extreme as the side effects I could get from test. But I suppose 200 test can’t do too much

I personally wouldn’t want to rely on HCG or FSH later to restore fertility. GH doesn’t suppress fertility. When looking at the risk managment it's just not worth it.

Oh test does absolutely have risks but if he’s saying he wants to stop being natty I’m assuming thats within his risk tolerance

Tbh tho I don’t normally make excuses, I’m not that kind of person but I’ve had a very long day and not much sleep so im just feeling really petty. I would make fun of someone who made a post like this just because of how much of a bitch they sound like but today that was me. Also I’m likely not actually gonna take peds but I see no harm in learning about them and getting more knowledgeable about the topic. I’m probably gonna do something to do bioengineering in uni anyway so it’s useful to know about. I’m just out of my rhythm today because I haven’t been on my usual diet, sleep or workouts recently
