im 5'8 16.5 years old, my dad is 5'11 and mom 5'3. i want to be 5'10-6'0 with substances. i have seen to many and dont know which one to do and i cant live in manlet hell anymore. please anyone that knows the best way, fgfr3 or gh or lls or js rope. i want genuine help and proof idc abt health aslong as i reach out of this hell ill be fine.

manlet hell and 5'8 in the same sentence. jst hop on hgh and aromasin and you will get your 4cm's. if you wanna gamble with more sides try a fgfr3 inhib but probably havent even went to get a x-ray for your growth plates so it doesnt matter XD.

1st stop carign abu height so much the cortisol from u caring so much will make u shorter in itself I'm 5'10.5 at 16.5 but i got a shitty diet and sleep with a 5'2 mom and a 5'6 dad so sometimes it is genetics but if u wish his the ball knowledge

2nd Nurtition, Get urself a Job and find raw liver and raw milk, yogurt, butter, and oranges for Vitamin C there alot to it but those are Basic
