it's like the forearm thickness is purely dependant on wrists size, and so is overall arm size

every good physique I've seen has at least average (~7.5in) wrists

dudes with thinner wrists always look rail thin and weak, and can only manage to look aesthetic for a social media post in perfect angel and lighting

It is possible to have small wrists but a wide overall frame.
