Exercises like chin tucks and neck curls, correct posture can help too and if this cant help orthodontist treatment or just surgery can be other options

Well orthodontists don’t act on the hyoid directly, but they can influence it indirectly through bite correction and mandibular rotation, which may improve its visual position, if u don't have any of these problems then u can do other things i already mentioned or if really necessary surgery can also fix it

I have actually contacted a orthodontist recently in hopes of fixing my underbite and get some chin projection but thanks bro
