they are just slightly faster they are over exaggerated that conventional will recess your face there is no difference aside from one using rubber bands and one using self ligating mechanics

deep bite usually requires orthodontics to advice surgery hence orthopedics however braces do not recess this is utter bullshit from tiktok if they did nobody would get them
