How could anyone get their mind to accept the deal of "24/7 persevering through starvation in exchange for a lean body" and even like it? It genuinely seems impossible. Especially considering that you will have to constantly get up from your chair and will have to keep the starvation along with it for months on end. Depending on how fat you are you will literally have to do this for years on end.

And 0/10 lifestyle chads get 10% bodyfat while doing literally anything they want. Chad eats 4000 cal every day and is 60 kg. You starve, barely eat your main meals and have bigger thighs than heavyweight MMA pros.

Idk why sports weight classes work like they do when 99% of men aren't even vaguely short and skinny enough to have a chance at being in those divisions. Me and 4 others on that fag site were either extremely overweight or higher bodyfat than could ever allow for a decent-looking physique.
