Its dose dependent but reta is known for great appetite suppression and assisting in fat loss. Don’t really understand why you would be fucked if your goal is to lose weight. Count your calories/follow a meal plan, spam reta so eating feels like a chore, fasted cardio, steps whenever you can and that’s it.
