it grows long bones and facial bones to a lesser extent. but as you age certain markers make your cells less responsive to growth factors. you can inhibit these markers

Y do ppl think anavar is gonna grow brand new craniofacial bones, yes it does bind to ar in ur bones but activation and any growth is minimal. If ur gonna use aas do something much more potent
