yea unfortunately its the best looksmaxx but also the hardest to get to/maintain which is likely why u see people on here not even doing the bare minimum of getting sub 10% bf most of the time

the only thing u can rlly do to make it easier is small amount of carbs preworkout (30-40g) keep protein high rest of the day, use appetite suppressents like nic, reta, cagri etc.

and if ur working a physically intensive job I find it easy to eat higher carbs during those days like a small breakfast then some more carbs on my break so I dont turn into a cranky bitch
