Looking for names of cleaners, chemicals, anything i can buy over the counter (don’t say Accutane or anything prescribed please). looking for real answers not trolls or insults.

i’m not one who has horrible acne my skin tends to stay decently clear. Recently i’ve been active in the gym around 4x a week. I’ve noticed my nose has a lot of black heads on it and also a decent bit on my face. alone with random pimples every so often also on neck which i know isn’t a normal thing. i sometimes wear cologne on the neck not sure if that affects it but i am intending on stopping that to see if it helps.
