doesnt work that way you need to research more.

dj changes your nose shape entirely youd need it the otherway around

No supplements for bones unfortunately. Make sure you have enough d3 to keep your bones as they are though. Bones can only be appositionally expanded by pharmaceutical intervention before maturation or surgery.
