1 cup of coffee is a great diuretic, yk how many new gens drink that Celsius dogshit 😂. You are correct though if you don’t drink caffeine then don’t start.

Coffee is fine but if you have never had it there’s no need since you can become reliant on it. Just never drink any energy drinks, they are actual poison, in the morning have eggs/ vegetables and coconut water.
