Your growth plates could be closed. Have an x-ray scan, and if they're open, hop on Exemestane asap and blast HGH to squeeze out whatever height you have left. Also, obviously have good sleep and take all necessary nutrients.

Idk what the avg height in the Netherlands is but it's not over. You will find a girl shorter than you. You just might miss potential dating chances and have fewer points than a taller guy. Just max out everything else if it's over height-wise.

Average height is 183cm, I’m 173.
I weigh 64kg rn but still have a lot of visceral fat. I have shoulder striations but no visible abs, only if i pull my skin down.
