Hello everyone,

Skincare is by far the most confusing and contradicting thing I've ever came across hence that's why I'm posting myself to find any advice on what I should try.
All answers are welcome, thank you in advance!

spironolactone i 100% recommend

I’ve heard people saying accurate might help, stick with niancinamide 10% cleaner, moisturizer and some pharmaceuticals for skin adapalene maybe

Accutane or tretinoin. I’d say accutane is better for your case. Skincare doesn’t have to be that complicated. Just take accutane, maybe a lower dose (20mg) for a longer period of time (1y) to avoid getting as many side effects, or you can just do standard dosing for 6 months. Then use a gentle cleanser on your face at night, no need for something harsh because accutane dries your skin enough. Use a good non-comedogenic moisturizer. Use SPF 50 sunscreen every day. It’s just 4 items that you need to use daily and if you do this consistently for months, I guarantee your skin will look drastically better. If you don’t want to use accutane, just use tret and use it properly

Fyi you need to moisturize quite often on accutane if you’re on a higher dose bc it’ll dry you out quite a bit
