Genuinely where do I start? 14 y/o lean maxing

Fully starting from scratch currently 14 140 lbs 6’2 I’ve never been into the gym but I need to start rn, all I have is a pull up bar atm working on a home gym, what type of exercises / diet do I start with? How many days a week? Any tips much appreciated current frame is the pic.
