If you’re in a city under 300,000 people, your status becomes extremely important. I have a small social circle, basically non-existent at this point, partially by choice and partially due to moving away from long time friends back home. I have met two women (I have met more but the two I’m talking to right now) and in casual conversations they know people I work with and I only work with like 6 people. The city I live in is around 300,000. This brings me to the rules:
Rule 1: If you are in a small town your social status is massively important as word about you will get around within days. If you are in a smaller city, word will take at max 6 months to get around. Once you get to a city of a million or so people you can start to disregard what people have to say except in industry (depending on the industry there are very few in certain professions even around the world, so you can’t tarnish your image to greatly unless you have the boldness to repair it with it working against you).
Rule 2: If your social status is not working for you, it is working against you. If you are in a position where you do just as well ”cold-calling” on the streets or meeting up at a bar, you are likely going to have lots of trouble with stacies, as they will be checking multiple sources before confirming if you are worthwhile. You will have to outmog someone massively with a low image working for you than someone who is a normal with people backing him.
Rule 3: If you don’t have your image working for you, you must move to a larger city. In this case the “fact” checking is no longer as much of a concern for women, because how are they going to fact check you when the place is so large nobody knows you. In this case physical appearance, personality, style, money, etc are the most important by far. Your job will also help you here, which is nice because you don’t necessarily need good friends to have a great career (connections yes, but not necessarily people who will speak well of you in ways that will help relationships).
