@Niebvll i js got done with my 1:249 erda mixture. its basicsllu impossible to fill my capsules w 1g of erda. some guy said i could dry scoop it daily instead of filling in capsules is it true? or would capsule form have better bioavailability

I dont see your problem I have no issues filling it into the capsules lol

how do i precisely fill 1g in? its so hard to measure exactly 1g first then fill it in the tiny ass capsule. can u tell me how u did ut pls

Use your brain holy
tare the scale with the capsule weight then fill it until its a gram
why would you even get capsules that hold more than 1g

i dont think ur getting what im saying, obv ik how to tare and stuff but the main issue is filling the capsule with the powder, it just spills everwhere and barely goes in the capsule.
