Same, 6'0" in finland and i get heightmogged by middle schoolers regularly

I'm a manlet (171cm) in a similarly tall country (UK). I feel way more average even in countries where I'm slightly below average. Wearing Nike Air Max is enough.

Avoid northern / western Europe. Rest of the world is fine.

its not just about that, for me living in the us would be super unenjoyable cuz of the infrastructure, economy, lack of trees, low iq people and the list goes on
