Liquid egg whites. Amazing source of protein. You can just drink them straight out of the packaging. You’d easily get 100 grams of protein in from a small packaging of it.

It gets me motivated as fuck thinking about drinking eggs because

1) I can do it and not gag
2) You can get down high quantities of it and get such good macronutrients from it

But isn’t only 55% of the protein absorbed compared to 90% when you cook it? Thought it was a myth but I still do it anyways :forcedsmile:

need to satiate myself also due to calorie restriction. cooking them would be a better idea for that.

No I believe that’s a myth. It’s all absorbed. It’s so easy to drink because it just kind of tastes like milky water.

duck eggs are an even better source of protein and vitamins but I think they re slightly higher in calories

If your goal is building muscle the amino acid profile is shit
you will get enough tryptophan and from your other protien sources and also by taking gelatin in large quantities.

Canned tuna 25g per 100 grams only 110 calories, would only eat once every other day tho.

The 50 percent bioavailability is a scam. The sample size was like 8 or some ridiculous number. Raw has like 95+ percent bioavailability. It's kike propoganda
