Nope , not that i heard of . Its all benefits. However if you are natrually calm and laid back i would say it wont do much but for me ive always had high cortisol levels even when younger so i noticed it immediately

I just recently got my bloods done, and I customised to include cortisol
I’m planning on getting it back very soon, so I’ll see how it goes

Thanks for this info btw, didn’t know cortisol blockers existed. Everyone should be taking them, if no negative side effects

ru 486 is the only one you should use. blocking cortisol is going to kill you in like week

High iq. High cortisol can fuk people up some meds can reduce it
