Okey dokey. I have this thingy where my lips have this bed which they sit on. It looks somewhat like this.

Couldn't find a better pic I'm afraid. Dexter has it in a lot of scenes. Note the way in which his nasolabial folds are forming. They aren't straight, but almost semicircular.

My lips protrude a lot.

For people like dexter, that's alright. He has thin lips, but the fact that he is effectively pouting at all times aids him. For me however, it's a bit different.

As you can see, my upper lip is non existent, and my lower lip is bordering on negro tier.

Now, the question is, do I inject hyaluronic acid into my upper lip to get a better lip ratio that way, and accept the risk that it might make me look like a sheboon?

Or, I can inject deoxycholate into my lower lip to even them out in a different way, and know that despite their thinness, my lip protrusion thingy will save me.

In all seriousness tho out of the two options I would make the lower lip thinner, plumping the upper lip could go so wrong and make you look uncanny since it doesn't go with your pheno

Ideal situation is slightly plumping your upper lip and slightly thinning your lower lip simultaneously
