It’s somewhere to start ig, you’d prob get more motivation to looksmax after you drop 30 pounds and don’t look like a bloated munchkin

Yep, good advice, assuming Ur not a fucking water buffalo, keep the deficit below 400 cals a day, and lift heavy as you can
