Im doing nothing but aggressive cut at only 1000kcal until im lean at 140lbs.
I started at 215lbs but It only been 8 months and I'm 159lbs right now.
If I did recomp it would've taken years lolz, but if it's working for you than keep going!

I do this to stay in ketosis (fat burning state)
As long as possible.
And my cheat meal is 4mcchickens with a small fry so it's nothing too crazy.
My cardio is 9.5 incline at 2.8mph
