I still struggle to put on more than 0.8 kg in a month

I manage 180g of protein with 1600 cals
im sorry but carbs over insanely high levels of protein
i just finished a youtube documentary proving protein is ovverated
apparentally ur calorie intake actually matters more than ur protein levels
and just 1.2-1.6g is even enough

Nice bro that's a different approach than me.
Im doing nothing but aggressive cut at only 1000kcal until im lean at 140lbs.
I started at 215lbs but It only been 8 months and I'm 159lbs right now.
If I did recomp it would've taken years lolz, but if it's working for you than keep going!

5'10 and I did gym for the first 5months.
My daily meal is 1lb lean ground beef & 4 eggs.
I've kept all my newbie gains from the 5 months at gym and my bidelt is 20.5"
Do what feels right and what works for you bro!!
I cheat meal once a week but never over 2000kcal I've been making insane progress!!!

I do this to stay in ketosis (fat burning state)
As long as possible.
And my cheat meal is 4mcchickens with a small fry so it's nothing too crazy.
My cardio is 9.5 incline at 2.8mph
I think it's perfect tbh

I haven't lost any muscle at all not even a little my meal is straight protein lol.
It doesn't even matter because at 140lbs I'm pinning test anyways so even if I did lose muscle I wouldn't give a fuck lolz.
If you cut and lose muscle it's probably because they aren't eating protein or just starving themselves

I also forgot to mention I drink a sugar free carbonated pre workout on the morning before cardio & I drink a sugar free monster after my 1 meal to keep my stomach as full as possible to reduce cravings
