If you want to get a shorter philtrum without increasing the size of the upper lip just get a subnasal lip lift, according to Eppley for each 4mm you shorten the philtrum you get around 1-1.5mm increase of the upper lip size.

The coolest thing about mse is the breath improvement. I dont have problem with It by the way. In fact my breath is Very strong.
But who knows how It would be after. Maybe I think my breath is good and It could be much better.

What I really wanted aesthetically from it was the wider mouth. But the Guy Said one can wide from another technique.

CCW Rotation with Lefort 2 could make the midface look slightly shorter from the front, but it doesnt shorten the nose, it would only rotate it.


Thats a quadrangular Lefort 2, not CCW Rotation with Lefort 2.

You can shorten philtrum by 3-5mm with Lefort 1 and lip lift along with lip reduction {do u want fucking research]
You can shorten actual nose lenght with Lefort 2 with CCW rotation [do u want fucking research again?]
You can increase IPD with MSE. [do u want proof]
Also MSE adds FWHR so midface will look more compact.
