Any other tallcels relate? Some people just seem to automatically hate me. I was play basketball the other day and these short ass stick kids (still about my age or a little younger) kept making fun of me and throwing the ball at me and shit. Too high inhib to do anything about it and they can smell it

I was 200 pounds but ive been leanmaxxing. My facial attractivness has noticiblly increased since i lost the 20 pounds. Im definitely planning on continuing workingout and will prolly bulk once i graduate. I'm sure I could bench double or even triple what some of these kids who mess w me can

My brothers 5’10 and skinny fat and they don’t pull the same shit on him. I just thought it might be bc they can tell he’s NT but you might be right.

My dude you're skinny. Buff 5'9 guys are in the 165-175 range. You should be minimum 200lbs and learn some self defence. Don't take shit from anyone.

I don’t think so. I’ve been tested for it but I’m really good at those tests where you are recognizing how people are feeling based on facial expressions so they say I can’t.

Yeah, you can. Everyone can. Just eat more. Find healthy high calorie foods and find the right level to slowly gain mass while you work out. It sucks. I know. I did it when I was a teenager, and I know it sucks for the first six months, but after that you look and feel way better. Being a lanklet with a sub-chad face is a death sentence.

Try eating 4500 every day for two months and see no results kek. I stopped counting after that too and force fed until I was on the verge of throwing up for another month, nothing.

I was daily drinking a glass of olive oil and eating butter with a spoon, I ate whatever I saw whenever I could without throwing up. I did count and desperately overate at every opportunity. Stop gaslighting.

Eh it’s over for lanklet framelets tbh. Body mass comes from having a large frame and muscle mass. Framelets like me at BEST can peak at 200 lbs after multiple years of gymcelling in chodemaxxing.

Overeating just leads to becoming obese and disabled. It doesn’t work tbh

The only tall cell I knew people made fun people knew he was shy and wouldn't do shit. But once he got muscular no one ever gave him shit. He also had better eye contact with people and was more confident after getting more muscular.

Proper caloric intake + gymceling should be a given on a blackpill forum. Not sure why we have to argue about this here. Don't be skinny. Don't be fat. Work out. It's pretty simple.

All you need to do is just eat more tbh. Peanut butter and whole milk and cashews are simple ways to get more calories in without much effort. You can eat a few tablespoons of peanut butter easily throughout the day, and then snack on cashews. You could also drink a few glasses of whole milk.

This along with some meal prep and eating some form of meat with your rice will allow for easier calories.

And if just having the appetite is a problem, you can consider mk-677 or hgh depending on your budget and those will stimulate appetite . Their are also appetite stimulants. I personally have not used it, but I found ginger to be a natural good appetite stimulant. Marijuana also works , but obviously if you don't like its other effects no point doing it. I myself don't use weed.



As for things to avoid, that would be cocoa infused drinks , caffeine , and spicy food. Obviously avoiding any caffeine is hard, so try to cut back on it as it supresses appetite. And cayenne pepper and other spicy stuff will not only make you want to drink water and thus fill yourself with liquids vs Whole Foods, you will literally feel less hungrier.

Lastly, in terms of eating strategy, if appetite in general is a problem then eating multiple meals a day could work to get your calorie meals. But if you find yourself getting enough appetite at least sometimes of the day, then you could try intermittent fasting and then eating a fuck ton in that time window. Avoid eating liquids first, and if you have to drink a sip of water or whole milk.
