Thanks for the advice, I’ve gained about 5 lbs and some more muscle in the month since I posted this. Problem is I start looking like a chipmunk a little in the faceThey only lash out because their mad about their manlet stature. Being tall is a blessing. You can't get rejected for height, and your a fetish for a lot fo short women. Short women are the most heightist.
All you need to do is just eat more tbh. Peanut butter and whole milk and cashews are simple ways to get more calories in without much effort. You can eat a few tablespoons of peanut butter easily throughout the day, and then snack on cashews. You could also drink a few glasses of whole milk.
This along with some meal prep and eating some form of meat with your rice will allow for easier calories.
And if just having the appetite is a problem, you can consider mk-677 or hgh depending on your budget and those will stimulate appetite . Their are also appetite stimulants. I personally have not used it, but I found ginger to be a natural good appetite stimulant. Marijuana also works , but obviously if you don't like its other effects no point doing it. I myself don't use weed.

As for things to avoid, that would be cocoa infused drinks , caffeine , and spicy food. Obviously avoiding any caffeine is hard, so try to cut back on it as it supresses appetite. And cayenne pepper and other spicy stuff will not only make you want to drink water and thus fill yourself with liquids vs Whole Foods, you will literally feel less hungrier.
Lastly, in terms of eating strategy, if appetite in general is a problem then eating multiple meals a day could work to get your calorie meals. But if you find yourself getting enough appetite at least sometimes of the day, then you could try intermittent fasting and then eating a fuck ton in that time window. Avoid eating liquids first, and if you have to drink a sip of water or whole milk.
