Get red lips easily

Half of this post is water:

Scrub your lips with your toothbrush

But the "pump" you get only lasts a couple of minutes.

So what I tried was scrubbing my lips with a wet/damp toothbrush

For some reason it hurts more. The idea is to scrub your lips for 1-2 min until you notice litle bloody "sores" on your lips

Yeah you basically will hurt yourself.

Add vaseline or tinted balm for better contrast

Chapstick tinted lip balms are good. I tried sun bum tinted ones and they were almost lipstick, super noticable

Pink doesn't do much to me and the other ones are too flamboyant

No it doesn't look like makeup unless you use too much. It's moisturizing

My lips got more red by waterfasting
