Get Rhino first and then lower lid retraction + canthoplasty

Wouldn’t it beneficial to get rhino first because if there is any change to the nasel bridge or deviation will affect IPD distance , in that way when you go for lower lid +cantho the surgeon will be working with the final model of your face to maximize harmony. Why would you get Lower Lid Retraction or cantho first if you have a fucked up nose in the first place. When getting plastic surgery it’s important to focus on maximizing harmony and making sure the surgeries you have are in order that will affect harmony. For example if all you need to do was fix your nose and you ended up looking good even if you have a small lower third but you decided to go for a chin implant to get a longer third resulting in harmony that looks off and now you don’t look good but weird. I believe this is what happened to that sal guy
