Get rid of a stalker

So I had a friend who I dont speak anymore but he still tries to get to me. He is autistic, orphan, alchoholic, smoker and drug abuser. Crazy I know. I didnt know all of this at the start of the friendship only at the end. He called me, stalk, spamed me, message my parents and friends, left letters in the mailbox plus he programeted a bot to call me. O and also made girls massage me. I did some bad things with him not extreme just random teenage shit that wont really get me in trouble but ruin my reputation kinda. What can I do to make him stop?

if you want him to stop stalking you then you need to actually report him for stalking and get a restraining order

Do I need to inform my parents or na. I wouldnt want them to believe the lies that he feeds to other people(they can be sometimes pretty gullible)
