Cause it's main goal is not to gain height but to reduce back pain and align your spine properly. It's not LL were you are getting like literally 3 inches straight up minimum, but it's off side effect is that it could give you a few centimeters which for alot of people here is the difference between 5 ft territory, and entering 6ft.
