If you are in Germany, you're very lucky in relation to tretinoin, can get for only €5 a good amount with 0.05% dosage (high enough)

What to do? Just go to a dermatologist by insurance, and ask for Cordas tretinoin 0.05. (Cordas is the brand that sell it here)

I got one, the Dr. just look my face, saw that it was very good, not understood why I wanted tretinoin, I just said "anti-falten" he said ok and prescribed. If the Dr. that you go don't prescribe you just go to another until someone accept and prescribe. Then you have your 0,05 tretinoin for only €5

Just go to other Dr. Until you find one that prescribes

Tell that you’re using by a time, they will know that other Dr. Was prescribing so will be more likely to do it

Changing doctors is a huge pain in the ass in my country. Ofcourse i told them i had been using it for 2 years. They said my skin looks fine and they wont give it to me. Only option left is to rope i guess
