Do something that is high risk high reward I just go in my front yard and try climb as high as I can in a tree and when I get to the highest point I’m lit so friggin scared but at least my T is skyrocketing and I know I won’t fall

It's safe to fight. Bodybuilding is not socializing, so don't do that if it's important.

Bodybuilding is better for looks obviously.
