So how u are able to get that much advancement? My maxilla is super recessed, and they only wanted to give me 4mm, claiming is the most they did.... currently talking to another ortho/surgeon..

Advancement of that quantity is possible provided you are literally a fucking mutant ogre looking fucker, but OP has over jet, so it won't do shit for him. he probably needs BSSO more than lefort 1 if anything
